cross country
I like cross country a little bit.
I prefer short distance running.
I did not find it that hard at the start of the unit.
My fitness stayed the same in the time of the cross country training and the real thing.
My ablity to keep running is low but i push my self to keep going.
My cross country history is not that good, because i have ashma.
I found it abit easyer to run a little bit longer distance when doing this unit.
When i was doing this unit i did learn to pace my self while running lond distances.
I did find that i done well in cross country this year i came 11.
I did find it better when i was running with someone.
No i dont run in my spear time.
No i dont wish to continue to run to keep my fitness leavels up i will stick to biking.
In the cross country i came 11.
Cross country was competive this year but i still done well then i thought ,but 11 not bad.
